“C” is for Community
Build A Brighter Tomorrow. Vote Yes on Measure C
Measure C is a proposal that puts concrete protections in place for our taxpayers and neighborhoods. When developers and other special interests make big promises, Measure C requires them to live up to those promises. Measure C puts San Jose’s communities first, helping to create more affordable housing and ensuring developers play by the rules without cutting corners at the expense of the quality of life in San Jose.
“B” is for Billionaires
Stop the sprawl. Stand up to developers. Vote No on Measure B
On June 5, vote NO on Measure B. Measure B was written by wealthy, out-of-town developers to convert hillside into a gated community of luxury homes for millionaires. The measure allows the developers to rewrite the rules, exempting themselves from paying standard traffic fees and complying with environmental review. Instead, San Jose residents will be stuck with an annual bill of $24.5 million.
That’s why every member of the San Jose City Council, the League of Women Voters and the Mercury News are opposed to Measure B.
